Level 2 is for those who have taken the Level 1 course and want to review their personal core cue, practice their alignment/breathing mechanics/core cue with movement in a group class, as well as, revisit releases. The 60 minute class will move slow, so you can progress at your pace.

Cirque du Soleil partner acrobatics for everyday people. Build a strong body, mind, and connection with your community. 90-minute sessions led by Jaclyn, who has taught all levels from beginners to advanced acro yogis both nationally and globally.

75 minute workshop
Join Kim for a 75 minute workshop where she will share the 3 things that every upside skill needs for you to get results. You will learn the 3 steps and how to put them into practice in common arm balances and inversions with progressive steps to include variations for your skill level. Whether you are just beginning or flying high, you will receive personalized steps to enter, hold, and exit your posture! The Level 1 Course is for introducing hand and arm balances and Level 2 is intermediate and advanced hand and arm balances or those who already have an arm balance and inversion practice.
We will explore your posture of choice as well as common and not so common postures. Every upside-down posture workshop is a little different as each workshop is personalized and customized to the group that is practicing.
You will learn:
Whether you are a yogi, gymnast, dancer, weightlifter or have never been upside down, you will learn how to incorporate arm balance and inversions into your physical practice and enjoy how they keep you present, build strength, increase focus, and allow you to enjoy the journey of something new!
