Reach your goal by learning the fundamentals of Posture, Breathing Mechanics, and Core AND THEN learn progressive skills to reach your goal. You will reach your goal with less effort physically, emotionally, and mentally if you first rediscover optimal breathing mechanics and movement patterns. It is antiquated to simply push harder and harder and ultimately add negative stress, when it is possible to improve with ease and consistency. You will gain the basic tools to reach not only your current goal, but your also your future goals in health, wellness, and fitness.
You will have access to not only my personal guidance, but also to my A-B-C Method and Body Hacks that are a culmination of over 40 years of experience with professional athletes to non-athletes coupled with extensive education and certifications.
This 5 week intensive is an expansion of my monthly Pelvic Floor, Breath and Core Workshops and is a result of feedback from those workshops for more personal guidance throughout the process of reconnecting with your core 4 (diaphragm, pelvic floor, transverse abdominals, and multifidus)
You will receive:
• 6 group sessions
• 2 personal 1-on-1 coaching sessions
• Take home manual with the A-B-C Method, Weekly itinerary and roadmap, Journal for take home progressive skills, drills, and tips
• Personal core cue to include pelvic floor, tVa, multifidus, and/or glute meds
• Body Hacks that improve balance, flexibility, strength, and ease without exercise

Let me share with you the Body Hacks I have discovered from the many different wisdoms of health, fitness, and wellness over my almost 40 years of experience coupled with education and certifications!
There are ways to link the muscular skeletal system to the nervous system to rediscover movement patters in minutes. You can find improvements in balance, flexibility, strength, and move from flight or flight back to rest and digest!
