Daily Power Flows
All levels athletic and active vinyasa flow. Infrared heated to approximately 90 degrees (not a traditional hot yoga class which is above 100 degrees). Music filled and possible colorful language from time to time.
Each teacher has their own flair and is vinyasa and athletic focused.
Tues/Thurs/Sat
A slower moving power flow coupled with weights. 2lb and 5lb weights are available or you can go weight-less.
