Services:
All Yoga Kim & Company sales are final excluding in-store merchandise and clothing. Sales that are final include, but are not limited to, all non-auto renew class and/or class packs/credits, drop ins, all auto renew memberships, annual memberships, corporate discounts and military discount memberships, private coaching sessions, assisted stretch sessions, workshops, courses, and events that may occur on location, off location, and/or digitally.
Confirm the expiration dates of class passes/credits as some are 18 months and some are 12 months, and this is my responsibility. No memberships nor class packs/credits can be used after the expiration date.
If you would like to cancel or pause an auto renew membership, contact yogakim@yogakimandcompany.com a minimum of 3 business days before your next auto renewal date.
Please show up on time or before the scheduled start time to take a scheduled class. If you show up after the scheduled time, you will forfeit your class and payment for that class.
Yoga Kim & Company has the right to terminate your membership and/or class/packs prior to expiration for any reason. Yoga Kim & Company will refund/prorate the remaining portion of your membership and/or class packs/credits within 10 days.
Merchandise/Clothing:
Yoga Kim & Company merchandise and clothing has a 10 day return policy and must be unworn and in new condition. Return merchandise to the Yoga Kim & Company store on 600 W Kathleen Ave, Suite 30 CDA, ID 83815. For more information please contact Yoga Kim & Company at (208) 640-3594.
